Talk to us

Tell us what you're testing.

The most useful first conversation is a short walkthrough on your device and tester — a spec you already ship, a workbook you already maintain — rather than a slide deck. A couple of lines is enough to start; we reply within one business day.

Everything reaches the same inbox — [email protected]. The links below just pre-set a subject line so your message lands in the right place.

What to include

None of this is required — a one-line email is fine. But these four details let us answer something specific instead of sending you a brochure:

  1. Your tester family.

Teradyne UltraFLEX and IG-XL are what ATE·IQ knows deepest today. Telling us where you sit lets us be precise about what applies to you and what does not yet.

  2. The device and interface.

Digital, mixed-signal, the bus your DUT speaks. The device-model verification is strongest on parts with a documented register interface.

  3. What is actually costing you time.

Programme bring-up, load-board debug, spec-to-program traceability, correlating production data back to limits — the honest bottleneck, not the wish list.

  4. Timing and constraints.

When you need it working, and anything about your environment we should know up front — air-gapped hosts, IT policy, existing toolchain.

Common questions

QuestionAnswer
Is there a free trial? No — we are sales-led. Pilots are scoped and paid, taken one team at a time, so each one gets real engineering attention rather than a download link.
Does anything leave our network? The platform runs on your own machine and binds to loopback only — workbooks, VBA, schematics and STDF stay on the host. Traffic leaves only where you point it: prompts to the LLM provider you configure (Anthropic, OpenAI or Azure, with your key), and any repository or Jama Connect server you choose to connect.
Will you sign an NDA? Yes, before any pilot. Send your mutual template and we will turn it around quickly.
Which testers are supported? The deep tester knowledge today is Teradyne UltraFLEX / IG-XL. Ask about yours — we would rather tell you plainly that something is not covered yet than imply it is.
How quickly do you reply? Within one business day, from Dublin, Ireland (UTC / UTC+1).

Straight answer If ATE·IQ is not the right fit for what you are doing, we will say so in the first reply. A verification tool that oversells itself is worse than none — that principle applies to the sales conversation as much as it does to the product.
